If you wish to see a list of documents in Excel to organize and filter, you can choose Export to Excel from the main menu. When you do this, it will launch and Excel sheet with the name of query. You may also receive a notice to enable the functionality in Excel. Once it completes, you will see a list of your files and their attributes with the file names containing a link to the document in SharePoint.
